These Terms & Conditions apply to the cleaning and related services provided by BEL Cleaning Services. By ordering a service, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Formation of Contract
A contract is formed when the customer orders a service (for example via website form, email, or phone) and BEL Cleaning Services confirms the booking.
Services may be provided as one-time or recurring agreements.
3. Prices and Payments
Service prices are communicated via the website, quotation, or separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT.
Payment terms:
Payment is made using the agreed method (such as invoice)
Invoice payment period is typically 7–14 days
Late payments may be subject to statutory interest in accordance with Finnish law (Interest Act 633/1982)
4. Cancellations and Appointment Changes
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the agreed service time.
For late cancellations, BEL Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge a reasonable compensation for the reserved time.
If our staff arrives at the location but is unable to access the premises due to reasons attributable to the customer (for example missing key or no entry), we reserve the right to charge a reasonable compensation, up to the full service price.
5. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
Consumers have the right of withdrawal as provided by Finnish consumer protection legislation prior to the commencement of the service.
If the service is started at the customer’s explicit request before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal may be reduced or waived for the portion of the service already performed.
6. Service Performance
BEL Cleaning Services performs services with reasonable care and professional standards.
The scope of the service is defined by the quotation, website description, or agreement with the customer.
7. Complaints and Service Defects
Any defects or issues related to the service must be reported within a reasonable time after the service has been completed.
BEL Cleaning Services will primarily seek to correct the defect or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
8. Limitation of Liability
BEL Cleaning Services is liable for service quality as required by applicable law. We are not liable for damages caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer
Structural or material defects of the property
Unforeseeable or exceptional circumstances
Any damages must be reported without undue delay.
9. Force Majeure
BEL Cleaning Services is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather conditions, or technical disruptions.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation.
Consumers may refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or other competent authorities.
